- observance of constitutional rights and freedoms of individuals;
- legality;
- confidentiality of restricted personal data;
- equality of rights of the data subject, data owners, and data operators;
- ensuring the security of individuals, society, and the state;
- collection and accumulation of personal data are carried out only to the extent necessary for the company’s legitimate purposes;
- personal data are used solely for the declared purposes of their collection;
- storage periods for personal data are determined by the achievement of processing objectives unless otherwise provided by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- collection and processing of personal data are carried out in compliance with the principles and rules established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The subjects of personal data processed by LLP “BBS Trade” include:
- job applicants;
- employees;
- representatives of counterparties;
- individual customers;
- representatives of corporate clients (legal entities).
Purposes of collecting and processing personal data
The purpose of collecting and processing personal data of job applicants is recruitment and employment.
The purpose of collecting and processing personal data of employees is to organize personnel accounting of BBS Trade LLP in order to ensure compliance with laws and other regulatory legal acts, assist in employment, training, and the use of various types of benefits in accordance with the Labour Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and laws, in particular: the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Pension Provision in the Republic of Kazakhstan,” and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Their Protection.”
The purposes of collecting and processing personal data of representatives of counterparties are the conclusion and execution of contracts, as well as compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The purposes of collecting and processing personal data of clients are to comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the execution of contracts, to conduct marketing research and campaigns, to provide service support, to promote goods, works, and services provided by BBS Trade LLP, as well as to study consumer needs and improve the quality of customer service.

Confidentiality of personal data and the possibility of transferring personal data to third parties
Access to personal data is restricted in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the internal legal acts of BBS Trade LLP.
BBS Trade LLP does not disclose or distribute personal data obtained as a result of its professional activities without the consent of the data subject or his legal representative, unless there are other legal grounds in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Employees of BBS Trade LLP who have gained access to personal data due to professional or official necessity, as well as labor relations, undertake to ensure the confidentiality of the collected and processed personal data, which are determined by:
BBS Trade LLP may transfer personal data to third parties that comply with the requirements for ensuring the protection and confidentiality of personal data, for the purpose of providing services under the terms specified in the respective agreements with such parties.
BBS Trade LLP, in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, may carry out cross-border transfer of personal data, applying the necessary and sufficient legal, technical, and organizational protection measures.

BBS Trade LLP, in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, may carry out cross-border transfer of personal data, applying the necessary and sufficient legal, technical, and organizational protection measures.
Security of personal data
BBS Trade LLP takes the necessary legal, technical, and organizational measures to protect the personal data of subjects in order to:
- ensure the right to privacy, personal and family secrecy;
- maintain integrity and preservation of data;
- ensure their confidentiality;
- provide the right of access to them;
- prevent unlawful collection and processing of data, in particular unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, distribution, or destruction, by conducting internal audits of data collection, storage, and processing procedures, and security measures, as well as implementing measures to ensure the physical security of data in order to prevent unauthorized access to systems where BBS Trade LLP stores personal data.
Rights and obligations of personal data subjects
BBS Trade LLP takes reasonable measures to destroy personal data if they are excessive, or if the purposes of their collection and processing have been achieved, as well as in other cases established by this Law and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In cases where a personal data subject wishes to know what personal data BBS Trade LLP holds about them, or to supplement, correct, anonymize, or delete any incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated personal data, or wishes to stop BBS Trade LLP from processing their personal data, or has other lawful claims, the subject may exercise this right in the prescribed manner and in accordance with the current legislation by contacting BBS Trade LLP at the following address:
